Croma Store, Bharuch — Refund not received by Croma

I have one of product purchased on 02 Oct 22 flour mill from croma store, Bharuch and whenever delivered product at home and during the demo installation we are facing issue of noise in this mill and we return back to same on 10 Oct 22 to croma store and they said the same processed for refund in 7 working days process,

After a 10 days till refund not initiated in the bank, as discussed with the bank they said it's pending from Croma side, we have no issue for refund by bank side,

After a too much follow up and visited store the resolution couldn't done,
