In Ujjain Croma store, I experienced the worst management ever, this is my second time purchasing something from Croma and they always charge a different from the price tags mentioned in the store the price which higher one, like I give you today’s example, I finalised one Croma 1600walt steam iron and the price tag stating the amount of RS1299 (I also attached the picture Proof) and when I went for billing again they said the price increased by 100rs and became 1499, and they said “Now this is the price you have to pay, we can’t do anything. This is not the way to deal with customer this is the store management fault that they didn’t update the price regularly the story not end here after that I bought one usha steam iron at the time of billing same thing happened, last time I bought washing of worth RS 20K that time also they are giving the wrong prices again and again, they waste my 4 visits to Croma because of this, some body have look after this thing, I”m really disappointed with this rude behaviour, and the floor manager Ankit also not clear with any polices or the scheme, he always failed to manage any situation and he don’t have the ans or resolution of any problem, I request you to please take strict actions to resolve this issue.
