I have purchased Crompton water motor after few month use it is not working. and customer support saying dealer will provide replacement but Dealer is denying and saying company will provide solution. i am feeling disappointed with crompton. now they are providing low quality product and selling them they are getting customer only for bases of old privilege.

I am daily call them but they are not even responding to phone call.
I want some responsible person in Crompton service support to look into my complain urgently and kindly respond by when it's going to get addressed. My current experience with Crompton service support team is very poor and I would like this to be escalated to next level immediately.
