Our client is a sole proprietor and if you don't follow any of our advice then, provisions of The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be invoked against you. Thereafter competent Court will select an Arbitrator and at that time you might need to pay an amount in tune of Rs.60, 000/- or more for total loss. We want you to cooperate with our client. Please make payment as early as possible.
