Crossbits — Not responding on mails even my watch is warranty

Have brought watch from crossbits last year from their official website. it was working fine for few days then it’s battery was stared draining with in few hrs in spite of no use. Have raised complaints from apps but got some standard reverts on it.

Now the situation is that the battery is completely getting drain in 30 mints. Also has swollen and watch screen was separated from dial.

Have raised the complaint in their support I’d, got reverts asking for information. Have given everything including product video. But they are saying it’s physical damage. Have explained them to check video again to find any scratch or damage marks on watch.

Now from many days I am following for update but they are not reverting at all.
