Crossfit — Received smart watch which is not getting on from crossfit

Hi,
I had ordered smart watch on 11 nov 2023 and on 17 nov 2023 I received a defective smart watch which is not getting on and had many scratches on it which I means they send me a defective smart watch. I tried to reach them on WhatsApp no [protected] and mail id [protected]@crossfit.net.in but no any response.The company is fraud and send me a defective smartwatch.

Kindly help me to get my refund . I paid them 1999 INR for dead smartwatch.
