Have ordered a Smart Watch my Order ID was 30699441 on 6/10/2023 and it was delivered at my given address on 13/10/2023. When in evening I reached at my home and saw the Watch. It had a Orange Colored Band, I did not taken interest to look further, I kept it as it was. And sent a message on the next day on the WhatsApp Number [protected] given on the Invoice. I have sent the photo of the Invoice and, and requested to return, but did not get any answer. I also registered two times my complaint at their Customer Care ID [protected]@crossfit.net.in, but did not getting any response.
