[Resolved]  Crosssbeats — My refund was mot issued my crossbeats

I ordered Crossbeats orbit X through simpl pay and after 2 hr. I cancelled the order and asked them for refund.
I placed the order on July 29 th till now no refund has been initiated .
They are not providing any support for order cancellation and refund .
I have mailed and what's app them about the refund clearly multiple times .
I didn't received any response from Crossbeats yet.
It been almost 10 days and no response or action was taken from their side.
