I had given my household goods on 11th of april, 2017 to be delivered from bangalore to ranchi, jharkhand. Its about six months now and my goods are yet not delivered to me. I have have no clue in what condition are my stuffs. Mr akshay naik the shop owner for the company at bagalgunte near bbmp office is the one coordinating this. The only response that i get from him is that he is in a hospital and will revert back. The last meaningful statement that i have received is that the goods are in a truck which is kolkata however, truthness of the same cannot be verified as he is not able to share the truck number. Last week he had asked me to wait till 2nd october but as always he is not been able to keep up the commitment. The goods include my bike (Karnataka registered) and kitchenware along with my engineering books and a guitar.
