Crowntonindia — No response to emails

I am interested to buy Crownton TV and the company is CrowntonIndia. They have a website but not all details are available on there.

So I dropped my pre-sales queries to their email id and it's been 4 days since then, and two follow-ups but no one is responding.

This does not seem to be a customer centric company.
Amazon reviews are not great 3 / 5.

So may be it's prudent on my part to stay away from such a brand.
