Cruize Ac — Air Conditioner

Cruise is full of LIARS, Please avoid buying any Cruise Products.
I purchased Cruise 1.5 TON AC in Mumbai on 10 May 2022. Since the Purchase this AC has been giving trouble and not working properly. I contacted the person who installed the AC Mr. Pankaj Mali and he came and did Repais 2-3 times. Even after so many repairs The New Brand AC of Cruise Company started giving problems again and now there is a GAS leakage again third time.
When I called Mr. Pankaj Mali again he told to call the Company call center and raise complaint, Till that date I was under the impression that he was working with the companies support team.
I called the call center toll free number on Friday and raise complaint and I was told that my problem will be solved in 48 working hours which never happened.
Today i.e Monday[protected] I called the call center to inquire about my complaint I was told that it has already been closed for TECHNICAL reasons, When I asked for details I was told all Lies like the Technician had called and I did not pickup the phone, which utter rubbish and nonsense as I received no such calls.
Now I will share point wise and prove how these people working for Cruise, Call Center Executives etc are LIARS.

1. No TICKET number is given or sent via SMS/Email, they give U a ticket number only on Demand.
2. Call Center Guys are liars and do not share correct information, they do not even share the Address of the company saying WE DO NOT HAVE THE COMPANY ADDRESS…This is the kind of lies being told by them
3. Upon further debate they said that I will get a email withing 10 Minutes, which did not happened.
4. I was told that my complaint is already closed and service has been done. I told them no one has Visited me the call center executive told me to wait.
5. I asked him to provide the give me the name and number of the Technician but he refused saying this Information can be provided on by his “SENIORS”.
6. Then I asked him the DETAILS of this SENIORS he disclosed the Name of the SENIORS who is one Mr. Sangram.
7. When I asked for contact details he refused to share the same.
8. After more arguing the call center executive told me that he will send all the details by email in 10 Minutes, which never happened.
9. Before hanging up the call asked for call centers executives FULL NAME which he again declined, I asked him don’t you have a Surname? He said NO I DON’T HAVE SURNAME, just imagine.
10. Then I got a call from Mr. Sangram and he told me that the technician will reach today and solve the problem.
11. I was told that the Technician will read by 2-2.30 PM but no one came or called and when I called on the mobile number of the Technician was switched off.
12. I again called Mr. Sangram (ASM) and he told me he is sending Technician in some time and around 4 PM the Technician came and checked the AC and informed me that there is again Gas Leakage and he asked me for the BILL of the AC.
13. I told him that I was never given a HARD COPY of the bill and i had received onlt soft copy which I tried to search but was unable to find it.
14. Then I started searching for the soft copy and found it in Whatsapp and I showed him the copy, now he made another excuses saying that he can repair the AC only after he gets “APPROVAL” from the company.
15. The Technician told me that he needs SERIAL NO of the AC etc, by calling the call center but he refused to repair the AC .
16. Before leaving he showed me his call record to show that he had called me on the week end and as there was NO REPLY from me hence he cancelled my Service Request.
17. I showed him my call logs in which there was not even ONE CALL from him, except for today I, e 1-3-2022.
18. As he was leaving I told him I am gonna post everything on social media.
19. Thus even after showing the BILL my AC was not repaired.
20. Mr, Sangram again called me and he made the false statement that Mr. Sangram checked the system and he had also informed me if any complaints are not closed he himself calls the customers (Which is again Un-True).
21. Now he started a new excuse saying that if the AC is installed by the company I have to contact the company or the person who has done the Installation, so as to keep me running around.
22. Later now I got a call from one Mr. Anand Pandey and he started questioning me what you purchased he told me that if I made one call also he would have had solved the problem.
23. Interestingly in August when I was facing same issues I called Mr. Anand Pandey many times but he did not even once answer my phone, so again misleading information was being shared.
24. Thus there is no clear cut warranty and repairs policy of this company which is against the law and Consumer Protection Act.
25. Thus in conclusion if you need service under Warranty period they make you go and round so as I to avoid giving service, Which Mr. Pankaj Mali (Technician) did by telling me to approach call center for service, which in turn told me that my complaint is closed as service is already done, the service contractor and his technicians did not repair my AC inspite of showing the bill, Later on Mr. Sangram again told me LIES so did Mr. Anand Pandey by giving me misinformation so as to make me run pillar to post to get the AC repaired.
Thus is the attitude of such companies, hence I appeal to all not to buy any Cruise Products.
