Dear Sir, I have purchased one LPG stove on 2nd May 2014 from Big Bazaar – Jaipur, Plot no. 5, Trinity Mall, Opp. Shyam Nagar, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur – 303902 LPG Stove model ONYX 903756, Invoice no. 7/25885 dated 2nd May 2014 I have repeated complained about defective burners. Finally after many trials, they were repaired on 16th January 2015. However during previous repair trials their technician have damaged rubber gaskets on 24th December 2014. Since then I have been writting to them but no response. Apart from the product, their service is also really poor. Kindly arrange to get the gas stove repaired at earliest.
