Dear sir/ma'am,
i have booked a GO AIR air ticket ON 22/06/2017 through CSC TRAVEL. balance deducted from my wallet but ticket not generated and do not received any pnr number.
i have called [protected] CSC TRAVEL HELPLINE many times but no body was ready to help me, i requested and they said that i'll received refund in my wallet in 24 t0 48 hrs. but when i didn't receive refund so i called CSC HELPDESK[protected] and they said that it will take 15 days for refund in your wallet.
now after 15 days i am still waiting for refund and i am calling on above number but no body giving me satisfaction.
please solve my problem
