Complain: Abnormal and Shocking Billing
Dear Sir,
Our Electricity Consumption Unit is around 100-150 during the winter season but this month CSPDCL has shocked us with serving exorbitantly high bill. This Bill says we have consumed
1618 unit during 24 Dec 14 to 24 Jan 2015.
Please let me know how to get rid of this billing shock.
