Csr Aurangabad — fake agreements asking for penalty money and legal action

I got a call from [protected] (Sandhya) on 08/08/2019, for work from home captcha filling job. She told me that i can earn 22500, for online captcha filling. From that they will deduct 5000 rs as their fees and they will pay 17500 rs. For that purpose she asked my email id and identity proof (Adhar card photo) on whatsapp and i have sent that. Subsequently i got another call from [protected] telling it's a verification call from csr company, and tolled i should complete the work with 90% accuracy within 10 days, or else i should pay 5000 to their company after 10 days. They initially did not tell anything about penalty. I tried to called back that person number got switched off within minute. So i sent sms on there helpline number [protected] and whatsapp on [protected] that i'm not interested pls dont send me that work.

On 2nd september 2019 i received two emails (From advocateassociation.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com) as "payment intimation (First notice-2019)- csr" and pdf notice dept and one advocate named manish tyagi claiming he is from latur court and on behalf of csr company, aurangabad called me up from mobile number [protected] on 2nd sept 2019 and asked me for paying an amount of inr 8, 000.00 including the legal charges within time to csr, aurangabad otherwise legal action is to be taken against me.

Now i have received sms text on 4th sep 2019 at 3.24 pm from"qp-arbitr" in my number wherein it is mentioned that "your internal case[protected] has been listed on 04/09/2019 for legal proceedings. Kindly call on [protected] for further details." next day (05/09/2019) again received sms text at 7:03 that "under section 420 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues otherwise we have to proceed further. Kindly call on"[protected]"for further details".

After that i searched about csr company in google, i found its a fraud company and so many complaints already logged. Threatening so many innocent people for money for not completing the tasks. They are threatening for legal action in the name of advocate through sms, email and phone calls.

Hence i am complaining. So please take some immediate strict and necessary action against these fraud people. Otherwise so many people will be made victim by them.

Please take necessary steps against those people so that they can't fraud any other person. Every day i looking so much complaints against these people but till now they are not arrested.
