Csr (Brazen Enterprise) — company is demanding money

I have registered with the company csr (Brazen enterprise) for captcha work but i have not completed because of their fraud system and now they are demanding a lot of money for not completing their captcha work. A advocate send me a mail and demanded 6000 or they will file the case against me. Later they have demanded for 15000 for the noc letter. The advocate is also saying that she is from maharashtra court. They have also sent me a mail. The mail is pasted below —

Dear concern,

This intimation mail informs you that csr has send your file for legal action to us as per mention in the agreement if you did not complete your work then you have to pay the penalty amount and your work is in not submit / qc fail.
This is final intimation mail from over side before taken the legal action. You have to pay penalty otherwise we have to start your legal action and anything happen in future by legally you are soul responsible for that
Pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file if the case being filed against you then you will be in big loss of money.
