[Resolved]  Csr Brazen Enterprise — threatening

Csr brazen enterprise is threatening me and demanding more money from me i already paid to them but still they are calling me and asking for more money to cancel the agreement which i never get
I never signed any agreement and i never get any agreement soft copy they did not given me any agreement copies
They are threatening me that they are going to file complain against me in court

I paid their penalty fees of amount 5100rs but still they are demanding more money and saying that with this money i dont give you noc you have to pay more money otherwise you have to come to court and solve this matter
They said that they are from district court aurangabad chamber no. 21

I have recordings of their calls they assure me i dont need to pay more amount but still they are calling me and asking more money
I paid penalty amount after that i again get 1more mail which contain following matter..

#this is to inform you that we have received your file from our client (Csr) for legal procedure in our advocate associate firm.
You have violated the agreement clauses and our client want to proceed further, under indian contract act 1872.
We are sending you the soft copy notice in your email and hereby you are informed to reply back to us within 7 days #
