On 4th September, i have submitted my resume on shine.com, on the very next day i got a call from a lady stating that she is calling from CSR company, are you looking for job, I said yes, because i was looking for job . she said that she has an opportunity work from home of entering capatcha's.
i asked detailed about that, she said you have to enter 10000 captacha's in 10 days and have to maintain 90% accuracy on that, then only you get 22500 as your earning and ALSO MENTION that if you complete the target in 10 days we'll deduct 5000 from your first earning as our utility charges, and remaining we'll provide it to you.
i asked what if i'm not able to complete the target, she said that then you have to pay 5100 as a utility charges.
i agreed on this, meanwhile she asked me my details such as my email id, address, and one registered id ( aadhar card or pan card or anything), i provided the same details to her. after that on the same day i got a call for verification and registration acknowledge and a confirmation of when you want the work load.
on the next day, i got an email stating my login details and in the afternoon, you'll get an link to download the app MAC2CAP, on which i have to do the work.
but i didn't get any link on the same day, i tried calling that lady who contacted me, but she didn't recieved my call, then i mailed them on their helpline id for the same and then they provided me that link, i downloaded the app and started my work. but on the other hand i searched for the company on google and found no details about them except these complaints regard job scam and fraud.
after 10 days, i was unable to meet the target, i contacted them through their helpline id that, as i am unable to meet the target what to do, they said you need to pay the utility charge of rs 5100 and i asked what if i want to cancel the agreement which is of 11 months (this was not mentioned by that lady on call), they said you need to pay the amt of rs 18500/-
i have contacted that lady on her Whatsapp number, but she didn't respond on that .
even i got mail on my id to submit the utility charge and also got call to submit the amount other wise legal action would be taken against you.
as i know this is a fraud, i didn't submit any of the amt to them.
so i request to take required action towards these company and these people ..
