Cstc — bus did not give stop at kaikhali

I ply regularly from kaikhali to manobikash to office aayakar bhawan poorba.
It is very pity to say, at kaikhali today, ac50a bus did not give stop. I had to chase the bus to catch it. I was about to face accident. Is there any remedy of it? Anticipating reply.
