No action taken against these frauds, thats why they did it again and again.
they are fooling peoples and builders from a long time.
now we are victim, for us scheme draw was on 07-April-2021 by same person or group of person.

Description::-
we processed initially with website plot scheme was for womens only and draw based https://yamunabhukhandyojna.com (which is closed now.)
verified plot physically checked land registry all was ok around 10 salesperson was there to guide customers.
then registration form was filled after registration form they said there will be a draw and finally after 3 4 days they published allotment list website with payment link of first installment .
We demanded some paper as proof that we are buying a plot here and paying money in installments, so after the 1st installment, we visited their office at the mentioned address on the website
https://yamunabhukhandyojna.com and the same location shared by their sales employee ( 3rd floor, A-17, Sector 4, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301).
there we saw board of Cubic Infrasol and builder company name there sanjeev singh said we are same as builder company.
there they provided us fake allotment latter on builders letterhead and fake payment slips (as builder said i have not issued these slips)
Payment suppose to go to actual builder account, but they changed account number and kept the money and kept lying to actual builder that money is not coming from customer
and keep fooling customers also for last 3 4 months and delaying registry or refund.
[[similar website is now running same scheme for reference only i don't know that this is run by same group of people or not but content is 99% same except new office address and new land and .in in place of .com .
Regstration till 8 march 2022 and draw on 11 march now list with payment link is available - https://yamunabhukhandyojna.in/] ]
No- action taken now will breaks peoples trust and more people who dream to buy land will be victim they will continue cheating...
we tried contacting Madhur Sehgal MD he did not provide any solution to us and blocked our number.
Not ready to resolve issue only making excuses and delaying .
Trying to File a FIR also against Sanjeev Singh and Madhur Sehgal .
