Cus — Damaged usha mixer

Dear sir/mam,

My name is sunny chitrekar and live in bhiwandi wada and I mother had purchased a usha mixer worth 5000rs 6 months back and it has a 5 year warranty.today there were smokes coming from the mixer so she went to the shop keeper and asked for a replacement. I work for retail too and I know the rules.she came back upset and angry because the shop keeper told he will not replace it us 5he company's problem he put is hand up and said I can't replace and do what you want.which was not right.i had worked for a book store and I have seen customer fighting for 5 rs bag.i want a replacement of the product.because it is damaged.if it was 1 year 2 year I understand it is used and it is damaged.but this usha mixer was purchased 6 months back only and is it not working which is not good.i quest you for a replacement of the product or we would never buy usha products.please make this happen soon.it was 5he shopkeepers job to send you guys mail.but this is how it is.i don't blame you but please do this replacement soon.
