I would like to highlight my experience with poorvika vidyaranyapura. I bought a samsung phone and a level u headphones.
Phone and headphones are excellent in condition. I did not try the headphone but ordered it and now it's not suitable (Loose and dropping off every now and then) for my ears. I requested for replacement with flexi u but poorvika rejected my plea and i reached out to customer care and got same reply. Not sure why a product which was bought couple of hours back cannot be returned. Little disappointed as i did not get the right fit.. Not sure if would turn up to poorvika again!!
