Cyber Desk Experts — damaging the computer and making it not applicable for warranty

Hi there... I have this lenevo all in one desktop (Lenevo aio 700-22ish) which i bought in 2017... It got a problem regarding power... When i switch it on... It starts but it won’t show any display... So i googled for near lenevo laptop service centre... And dropped my computer there... They kept it for 7 days and didn’t mentioned me about the problem... After 7 day i got it back with out any progress... Now when i checked it.. It got damaged ( (1. Speaker section, 2. Shouldered on motherboard, 3. Removal of barcode).... Now i gave it to another authorised service centre in vijayawada... They were telling me that it’s not applicable for warranty... Plz suggest me... Thanks
