I will tell you what exactly happens at Cybrus Technologies (P) LTD., Pondicherry. I was a fresh graduate and went for attending the interview. I expected a lot about the interview. But there, it was just for a formality. During the interview I was just a simple questions from C. Then they said it will be training cum placement. They asked to pay more than Rs.20000. They convinced me by saying that such a training cannot be availed anywhere at such a cheaper cost. Nearly 30 people joined there. By believing this I paid the amount by 2 installments. They said that the training will be for 3 months and you will be surely offered job after your completion of your training. But there was no trainer. We learnt ourselves from Internet. When questioned them, they said trainer will be appointed as soon as possible. I dint find anyone till the end. Days ran but never offered any job even after 6 months. They will say the performance was not upto the mark even if you perform the best. All they want is your money and not you. They will always target the fresh graduates. Within this 6 months almost 20 people left. During the interview, they said salary will be 10000 per month. But they offered only 6000. That too after dedution you will get only 4500. Salary for current month will be credited only after 2 months. I worked there for more than 2 years. When the work is complete they will appreciate you. I f you ask for salary, they ll say you performance was worst. No increment. Salary will not be credited properly. Its not a good place to join. Outdated technologies. Their products will not work fine. Worst place to work. Left the company nearly 10 months ago. Still I have 35000 salary pending. After a long struggle am now working at Symantec, US. Till now they dint provide my experience certificate. All my senior employees left the company with the same feeling. They will never understand your feelings. On the whole they will suck everything from you. You will be treated as a slave. Still any1 wanna join there. plz go ahead and loose your future. But I promise you that you will surely feel after joining there.
