We bought d-mart packed rava from akurdi, pune outlet. The rava when heated turns into something like plastic pieces and when the plastic pieces are rubbed it turns into rava grains again. This doesn't happen with other brands rava. I have a video of this attached below. Hope this helps stop sale of this product. I think there is something like plastic or polymer product in there which makes it melt when heated and turns back to rava when cold.

Today i shopping in your Panvel branch. I purchase 500gm packet badam in my shopping list. But after i came back to home i check my bill. Your employee mrs. Neha charges double packet price of 500gmi have my bill cooy. I don't have time to go there pls consider and resolve my issue. Refund me
