D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — deduction of amount

Hello dmart, 18 nov 2019 i purchased a groceries and i swipe a card but debited from me but money not yet received branch... I lost my money i need response from dmart.. Then wat is the solution update me the great dmart kompally... Branch...?
Status : no body answered properly,,,,, no follup with bank,,,,,,, no update with customer,,,,,,,,,,, whats wrong with dmart kompally...

Too much time taken to revert my money back... Such a negligence ocured in store information system people...
