Many customers and me have been very loyal to dmart. I am very happy with the discounts and the products available at your store at the same time i am very disappointed with the level of service at your dmart hongasandra store, off lately i have experienced a very disturbing practice at your store, right at the entrance at the store, they have started putting stickers everywhere on the personal jackets that and clothes that we are wearing while visiting the store, before tagging the bag they are putting stickers on our personal used products inside our personal bags. This is pathetic! I would rate your products at store 10/10 and your staff at the store 10/0 that’s a big “0” cause they are very rude, they even threaten customers saying "go complain to the head office we don't care" please stop this nonsense before we as a loyal customers switch over to star bazaar and big bazaar etc.. Please work on your customer experience cause thats what matters at the end.. This requires your urgent attention! Please learn from your competitors star bazaar and big bazaar on customer ethics!
