Every month me and my family purchase all grocery and useful material from dmart nut as per my whole experiance i inform to you your customers complaint service desk first time not responded positively.
We are purchase one pressure cooker dated on 25th may 2016. Prestige apple plus which is base on induction but after one week i observed cooker top side continuously flowing water so my normal gas (Shegadi) damage. Also cooker base is induction but this cooker was not working on induction glass also.
After that yesterday i visited to dmart and meet to prestige support team she said cooker top side flowing water was not a problem. Kindly use as it is and she again reply we will check induction base and reply on tomorrow.
So, kindly note that i am not accepted above reason. Because contiously water flow is not good for my another accessories and without induction cant accept this product for use.
Request you to please check and resolve on priority.
