My bother had purchased a 2 skybag at your nanded branch on 13/5/17, it is having one year warranty. Now i find there is a problem with its lock (Chain) system and some stretching with its cloths. So i had visited yesterday & discussed with customer care person. First he rejected and said we dont have any responsiblity about warranty you direct contact to skybag. The way he was talking was arrogantly. When i said to call your senior manager and asked his name he was also supporting to his staff and said "jo karna hai kar lo". I was handed over the bag to mr. Rahul (Store keeper)
I had even spoke to the store manager (Mr rahul) why you protect your arogant satff, he said we have to face 1000 of customer for sale. I hope this is not a proper answer given by rahul and no proper action is been taken by him.
Later he was ready to collect bags and given inward no. 56 on rough paper and said we will inform you after telephonic talk with skybag customer care either the warranty is for lock (Chain) or bag clothes.
