I have registered online with d s. Services for home based online job i have got their mail with attached agreement on rs 100 stamp paper but i didn't signed it. Still i stat work of for filling i completed my work within time limit and submitted to them after that they give me a qc report in which some forms were correct but they give them wrong i screenshot that forms and mailed them by saying that the form are correct but you are showing it wrong. Then keep on replying me that it is computer generated report we can't do anything. Because of this i didn't paid them their registration fees. After that i got text message from some no that we will send you hard copy of legal notice otherwise call on this no +[protected] who is advocate of that d. S. Services company i called to this no he told me that i have to pay rs. 15510/- to his bank account for closing case file as he has done a case against me for not paying registration fees if i failed to submit this amount till 2nov2018 up to 12pm then the case against me will get proceed further and i have to pay rs 45000/- for company loss. As i haven't paid rs 15510/- he called me on 2nd nov at 11. 30 for asking for payment i said no for payment he told me that he will send a warrant against me to nearest police station by fax because of this i go to my nearest police station that police called him he said to that police the same story and said that he will send me legal notice.. If he send me notice then what should i do... Please help... I am getting harrased by this... Please help me to get out of this situation.
