I placed an order for pulse oximeter and paid using the online mode which as successful.

I also got email regarding payment success and order confirmation (Screenshot attached).

However, on the website it shows that the order cancelled.

I have been trying to contact them since morning but no one is picking the call. I tried on [protected] and [protected].

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue. Needless to say, i will put a cyber fraud complaint against the website if satisfactory response and solution is not provided
