The product was bought from vegas mall store between 4-6 april as someone gifted me the product . I contacted the store on 17 of april they told to wait for 3-4 days to get it exchanged. After that there was lockdown. After unlocking i again contacted the store as well as i visited them for exchange but they told to wait and they will let me know when it can be changed as it was discounted product.
Today again i contacted on same number [protected] they told me that our company doesn’t allow to exchange this product
Is this the right way of treating customers after several and repeatedly visits to store
Please help in exchanging the product as soon as possible.
