Da Toll Road Pvt Ltd — double deduction amount for using toll via cash as well as from my fastag account

Address: DA TOLL ROAD PVT LTD , SRINAGAR TOLL PLAZA

I had placed my fastag on the right top corner of the windscreen on my car.
On 3rd november 2019 i passed by toll named da toll road pvt. Ltd.
Srinagar toll plaza. The automatic detection do not work (Toll guy
Told me) and the guy at the toll charged me in cash for paying toll
Which i payed (Receipt attached).
But after half an hour i received a sms as 105 rs of toll is deducted
From my fastag. (Sms snapshot attached)

If toll plaza will deduct such double charges then how consumer can
Trust on the fastag system?

Kindly resolve this issue and try to initiate my refund as soon as possible.
