First I complained about Orange real juice product of to their customer care via call.
I want to clearify few things about Dabur customer service.
1. Their staffs are not at all attentive while complaining on call.
2. Whenever i got a call from dabur team everyone just kept asking the same scenario about the complaint so we have to explain it to everyone though i explained it to everyone.
3. Fake promises by their head staffs like their quality head.
My concern is on real juice i bought it on month of November.
When me and my brother drank the juice we got the feeling of rotten juice and i checked the date and found out product was not expired.
After sometime we suffered from stomach ache issue.
Checked the smell of juice and it was not good.
Immediately i lodged a complaint with care and i demanded for my loss then customer care executive said he will give me one pack of juice for my losses to which i denied.
Customer care executive guided to lodge a complaint on email id then i lodged it with the help of email id.
Everytime just someone called and said that concern is in progress.
Then qualiity head offered me some products but i denied and said i will choose according to my choice when i choosed and shared the list.
Again i got a called from sales person that he will give only2 to 3 products then i told him i need all product after that i didn't received any call from Dabur team or no one solved my problem yet.
Still i have the complaint product with me.
I will share this message to all over social media.
