Sir,
I purchased a tata tiago car (Xm) from dada motor savitri - 1, g. T road, dholewal chowk, ludhiana, punjab in the name of inder mani sharma on 16.01.2019.
But i am not satisfied the performance of car and dada motor service because when i got my car all work not done by car service mechanic / supervisor.
1. Speedo meter was not in running condition.
2. Engine error light were showing in display of meter.
3. Time was not set on display.
4. Door open sign is showing only when driver side door open, sign is not showing when we have to open rest door of car.
5. Fuel tank cap cannot open easily.
6. Steering had to suddenly jam.
7. Average of car meter is not working properly.
8. There is listening heavy noise while gear changing.
9. There is driver side wind shield cover was not in position, when i told the mechanic for related this problem he replied me we cannot resolve this problem.
10. Again sunday 20.01.2019 when i went the market with mine family, car engine had been suddenly off and take the help from road assistance service, they came after 45 minutes.
I want to know how any customer can satisfied this type of service and performance and also want to resolve my problems / issues as soon as possible.
