[Resolved]  Daikin A/c — 2 year old a/c cooling coil damaged

I bought diakin a/c on 18th april 2018. 1st year it was working well. 2nd year (2019) we didn't used it much as i was out of town and we also had a desert cooler. This year 2020 now when i have started it, the a/c had no cooling. We asked a technician to visit and he checked and mentioned that the cooling coils are badly damaged and there is complete gas leakage because of this.

Seems that diakin is installing defective/ less durable coils nowadays otherwise how can a cooling coil get damaged within 2 years that too when i have not used it much.

I would request diakin to assist me in this case at the earliest. The a/c was bought for rs 38000+ and now it is damaged within 2 years of purchase.

I have also raised a query via email id [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@daikinindia.com and currently awaiting their response.
