Date of incident - 29-Jun-2019
Subject - I have ordered an iPhone 7 flip phone case from an online shopping site called dailymachines.com. Order no. #DM1060. I have paid Rs. 639/- for the product via debit card.
Issue - But in spite of several follow-up emails, there has been no update on it's delivery. All I keep getting are automated email responses that says nothing about it's status update. Also they don't pick up customer's calls on the phone no. that's been provided on their website (+91 [protected]).
Solution - Either they should delivery my order at the earliest or they should refund my money back.
