I ordered an iphone cover in jan'17. It was delivered promptly but I did not like it. I requested for my money back and the item was picked up in 2 days. lt's been more than 3 months since and they've still not returned the cash back. I contacted them on their whatsapp no., emailed them and called them up consistently. They'd say that they've initiated the money return and it will take 6-7 working days over the phone- this was a month ago. Now they have stopped responding over email and whatsapp and don't answer the call. The last time I spoke with them it a Mr Prateek who had assured me that I'll receive my money.
