Dainik Jagran — School ask for money to give TC

In this pandemic situation where most of the people didn't get their full salary and most of them lost their job the school like DBMS career academy ask rs700 for TC from the students. DBMS Career academy is a NIOS BOARD recognized and this year NIOS didn't take board examination but also there examination fees is not refunded(rs.3000) and now they ask for rs.700 for TC and they didn't give any official notification about the TC fees through mail or message, the school authorities directly told some students about this TC fees through watsapp msg and told them to tell every students about this.

Please consider this matter because most of the people are unable to pay the TC fees in this pandemic situation.
