The electricity connection given to Khandubhai Bahadurbhai Patel Customer No-08001/16026/2
is not being supplied for the last 7 to 8 days and we do not know the reason why the power is not being supplied, for which I Navinchandra Khandubhai Patel, resident of Khergam, Venfalia have contacted over the telephone number 02634-220639 allotted to your office and registered my complaint on 16.07.2023 at 9.16 am. Due to non-redressal of this complaint, I have repeatedly called the telephone number of your office and requested to restore the power supply of the electricity connection provided to us. On 18.07.2023 at 1.00 pm I also requested on telephone with the official of your office whose name I do not know and although he was assured to restore the power supply, even till today 19.07.2023 the power supply has not been restored. Today on 19.07.2023 also we have called the concerns for several times but issue is still pending. So please pay attention to this matter and restore the power supply of our electricity connection immediately.
Currently we have paddy planting work which has stopped due to insufficient rain and lack of power supply. And we have suffered a huge financial loss.
In this regard, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we pay the electricity bill regularly and have never defaulted in paying the electricity bill, so we request you to deduct the electricity bill from the amount of bill paid by us for the days that electricity supply has not been provided on our electricity connection and return it to us. We also request you to pay the huge financial loss which we have suffered due to non-supply of electrical power in spite of our reapeted requests.
