I would like say that my bill amount was received rs. 9066 from july15 to october15 (2 cycle period means four months) which was too high. the meter had breakdown before 1 day when your person come my home to take meter reading. when i meet your person in electricity office regarding bill correction he says that now you submit full amount of payment & you write a application for bill correction and purchase a new meter & take it into work condition after that we will correct the bill on next six months bill average basis. after six months they reduce only rs. 3644 only from. rs 9066. but my six months bill average app. rs. 300 per month. now i want to know details of this amount deduction. before july15 my bill average was also app. rs. 300 per month. when i went to your electricity office for clarification of bill. they denying to tell about bill details on what basis they reduce this amount. they are completely ignore my problem.
