I Sunil Kumar, Residing at House No 242, Bhattagaon, Jhansi, Dist Jhansi UP have a domestic electric connection issued vide ID No [protected] in the month of Feb 2015. Inspite of repeated requests and personnel liaison neither the bill generated nor issued to me till date after submitting of required documents in three time in the concerned office located at Nandanpura Jhansi. Hence you are requested to kindly instruct to the concerned dealing staff to generate/issue the same as early as possible to avoid unwanted penalty please. Thanking you for this act of kindness
