Darling Showroom Kumbakonam — Delivered Defective Aircooler

Two days back, I was purchased the symphony diet 35 t aircooler from Darling showroom at Kumbakonam. Within 4 hours o[censored]sage, it has water leakage problem from frontside slide. Immediately I informed and lodge complaint to Darling showroom, next day techincian came and check. But continuously same issue happened and recorded the video of aircooler and given to showrrom person. They agreed and told to me, replace the aircooler . But again and again calling there is no response from darling showroom and straight away go the shop and no response from showroom person. Kindly look into the matter.
