Dasna Toll Plaza — Unacceptable behaviour of staff (if you are with ladies they cross the limit)

Dear team this is about dasna toll plaza (Nh24). The staff is completly bully they even don't know how to talk with customers. Misbehave is the part of job for them.
On daily basis they are crossing the limit (If you are with any ladies). Yesterday night i was coming with my mother. I am a local person so toll is free for locals but he just caught my collar and misbehave with my mother also.
I could make that a fuss but first i wants to know what our government thinks about this. Otherwise sorry to say but i will choose other options.
I wants to know is that legal.
