Data Written Application — No refund and no withdraw

I have earned 540 rs in this application and i was told the minimum requirement was 500 but when i did tried to withdraw they asked for account activation for which i paid 300rs and now neither they are letting me withdraw the money it always say account not activated and nor are they refunding the money . This so has happened to others as well, so i request you look into this matter .
