What to do about the legal notice plz tell will they really take action
Datancy service was fully fake id. I searched for data entry that time i received msg from datancy services. Before compeletion they told 75% accurancy must after finished they told 80% accuracy must from 500 forms. Now they send a messages i.e QC fail and asking me to pay a 5000+GST amount. And they scare me i.e police will come to ur address legally case filed and in cpurt u have to pay 80, 000 above. Getting continuos calls and messages from that services. Im from middleclass family we dont have any source of money thatsy i choosen this. Please help us. More peoples r suffering like me..

Datancy services are targetting most of the students and jobless people all over India who need job after the corona period. They are doing cyber crime. They are taking the advantage of students to get 500 forms filled and to maintain 75% above accuracy...according to their agreement. I have made accuracy above 75%0according to their QC report they were showing on their site.
After that...so called advocate...call students that you have to pay penalty because your accuracy is not above 80%. You have to pay postal Service charge of 5900+18% gst...otherwise they will send legal notice to address...police will come to home... These all threatnings...
Instead of paying to students for doing the hard work, they have made the conspiracy to trap and grasp money from students.
All the group members of this company should be punished by the Cyber crime team. So that they can't cheat, blackmail and play with the life of other students.
I request you all... Not to scare with these frauds... Kindly file FIR and complain about them in cyber crime.
I really feel very sad... There are people in our country who do not have any more humanity in them... Cheating with innocent people... Just for money...

Did u pay the money
Datancy services give a proposal for a job but they don't tell me about penalty .now I am in very big trouble please help me😭😭😭😭
