Dear Sir, I submitted my tablet in Z.A. Mobiles, Leela mension Naval Kishor Road, Hazaratganj, Lucknow for the only charging problem at dated[protected]Z.A Mobiles Receipt attached) . I complained 4 times at datawind website service request. I did mail you on 17th December, 2014 and talk on customer care no. then he told me your set is in my service centre. Set will reach to you within 2 or 3 days. Now after 10 days I did not find my set. Pl. Tell me what i do. I am attaching my Datawind Invoice and Z.A. Mobiles Receipt. (Vijay Kumar) Mob.
