DD National / Doordarshan — Not telecasting Ramleela from Ayodhya on dd national

Ramleela from Ayodhya program used to be telecasted on Doordarshan National since the past two years.
Why has Doordarshan started telecasting it on DD Uttar Pradesh. Moreover, the channel has no clear display with frequent black screens popping now and then. This is not the way to deal with a program so high in public's account.
I request Doordarshan to resolve the matter as early as possible .
