DDA — i have cancelled my dda flat via online. however, i haven't received any notification or my application is listed under cancellation status tab

I have been allotted flat at narela. However, i am not interested due to location and size concern. I have cancelled flat online by providing detailed documents. Though, my candidature is still not reflecting under cancelled tab. I have received email that cancellation request has been received. However, i am unable to reach out to any dda concern person as call is not going through. Can you please suggest what is the further steps which i need to follow or any contact number whom i need to reach out to get the details.
