I saw a ad on quikr regarding birth certificate in Delhi and call on this number. [protected]. I talked to someone named Varsha. I told her that I want birth certificate of my daughter on 16 Oct 2015.she told me that it will cost me 3000/- and I will get it surely on 21st October. Within 10 minutes someone called Parvez ([protected])came to me and took the money.Today is 30th October but I haven't received anything till yet..every time I call them they either gave me lame excuses or simply not pick my calls..they are real cheats and frauds...never ever go for their service.
